Mini Piling is a method of creating a foundation for any type of structure in a ground condition no matter how unsuitable. Driving or screwing steel casings into the ground and then filling them with Concrete to form Piles.
The required amount, diameter and layout of the Piles is calculated by our Structural Engineer and is determined by several factors such as the nature of the load requiring support, the ground conditions, and access. The depth of the Piles depends on the type of ground conditions. Why would I need Mini Piling?
If your property is built on Piled foundations, any additions will require Piling to ensure the new construction is built on a like for like basis.
